Magnetic resonance imaging of the
wrist at 1.5T and 3.0T can be technically challenging
because high-spatial-resolution
images of thin sections are necessary
to properly inspect the complex and
delicate structures.
The BC-10 is used to diagnose
maladies within the hand, wrist,
forearm and elbow. Including but not
limited to:
- Carpal tunnel syndrome
- Nerve compression
- Ligament injuries
- Tendon abnormalities
- Scarring
- Tumor detection
- Bone injuries
Key benefits:
- Superior uniform image
quality
- Superb homogeneity
- Transmit-receive coil
- Excellent image performance
even when not in isocenter
- Versatility of anatomy
(fingers, hand, wrist, forearm,
elbow, etc.)
- Optimized design for both
high SNR and high uniformity
- Long-term reliability
Quality imaging using the BC-10
means a more accurate diagnosis and
in some cases, eliminating the need for
invasive diagnostic procedures.
