MRI Small Extremity Coil

Magnetic resonance imaging of the wrist at 1.5T and 3.0T can be technically challenging because high-spatial-resolution images of thin sections are necessary to properly inspect the complex and delicate structures.

The BC-10 is used to diagnose maladies within the hand, wrist, forearm and elbow. Including but not limited to:

  • Carpal tunnel syndrome
  • Nerve compression
  • Ligament injuries
  • Tendon abnormalities
  • Scarring
  • Tumor detection
  • Bone injuries

Key benefits:

  • Superior uniform image quality
  • Superb homogeneity
  • Transmit-receive coil
  • Excellent image performance even when not in isocenter
  • Versatility of anatomy (fingers, hand, wrist, forearm, elbow, etc.)
  • Optimized design for both high SNR and high uniformity
  • Long-term reliability

Quality imaging using the BC-10 means a more accurate diagnosis and in some cases, eliminating the need for invasive diagnostic procedures.
